Constructing the Hubble Bubble
Ka Ulu Ana: "Securing our Future"
The Food Resilience Project hosted a Chicken Wok-Out on Saturday, February 6, 2010 at the
Kohala Intergenerational Center on the Big Island.
The "Hubbell Bubble" (designed by Mike Hubbell),
a sustainable, small-scale chicken coop, was erected
on-site. University of Hawaii, CTAHR, CES Livestock extension agent Michael DuPonte coordinated the demonstration.
