Beef Initiative - The CTAHR Beef Initiative is a major endeavor and commitment by the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa to partner with the Hawai‘i beef industry to stimulate growth, economic diversification, and environmental sustainability for agriculture in Hawai‘i. The beef industry will continue to be a leader and an important contributor to diversified agriculture, the state’s economy, and Hawai‘i’s cultural heritage.

The website focuses on quick and to-the-point daily messages about nutrition and health topics. Readers who want more than the main point will find links to further reading and scientific support for each of the messages.

Hawaii Rangelands - Rangelands are a type of land, not a use of land. They are not urban land and they are not agricultural crop land. Primarily, rangelands are grasslands, shrublands and savannas, and grasslands with scattered trees and shrubs.
Nutrition ATC - NutritionATC aims to provide convenient and reliable, science-based nutrition information that is of special interest to sports and fitness professionals. Most fitness professionals have limited training in nutrition since it is not their major area of focus. However, they frequently get questions from clients and athletes about nutrition.
Nutrition Education for Wellness (NEW) - NUTRITION EDUCATION FOR WELLNESS (NEW) is a statewide "umbrella concept" program that facilitates consumer foods and nutrition education. There is a link between nutrition, physical activity, and the well being of individuals and families. Historically established is the link between nutrition, a fundamental physical building block of human beings, and the well-being of our country. Food assistance programs have been based on these links.
On-Farm Food Safety Program - Food safety is a farm-to-table issue. Farm food safety coaching focuses on providing safer Hawaii produce through adoption of good agricultural practices. It can increase the marketability of your produce and open doors to greater distribution opportunities to local, national and international markets.

Animal Production - General information, publications, and newsletters on topics relating to animal production including grass farming, livestock, environmental issues, manure, and composts.
Taste of the Hawaiian Range- The food festival originated in the small ranching town of Waimea (Kamuela). It began in 1996 as a humble companion event to the Cooperate Extension Services' Mealani Forage Field Day. In partnership with the local community, the College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (CTAHR) has pioneered a unique learning opportunity for ranchers and consumers. The Taste has become one of Hawaii's premier ag-tourism events.
4 H Program - 4-H is one of the oldest and most effective programs of non-formal education in Hawaii. The 4-H classroom is a world of real hands-on projects and demonstrations, leadership development, and personal economics. 4-H teaches pride in workmanship and accomplishments, personal interaction with peers, and respect for the environment. 4-H is for youths age 5-19 from all racial, cultural, economic, and social backgrounds.
