Land Grant Fiscal Officer

The Fiscal Officer for each institution is responsible for maintaining the auditable records of ADAP expenses incurred through their office.  Expenses are accountable project by project within ADAP.  The Fiscal Officer and ADAP Coordinator work together to make sure the ADAP fiscal reports are complete, accurate and submitted to the ADAP Home Office on time. The Fiscal Officer either prepares the reports for the Coordinator, or provides the information needed so that the Coordinator can prepare the reports.  The Fiscal Officer and Coordinator also work together to clarify information for the ADAP Home Office, and solve problems as needs arise.
