Mock Audit
In order to prepare for and pass a food safety audit, you will need
to perform a practice, or "mock," audit. We recommend that
you complete your mock audit with the assistance of one of our food safety
coaches. Our food safety coaches have lots of experience assisting
farms to pass their audit.
