Return to ADAP		 For the Primus Labs food audit, you must have a metal report for each of the fertilizers that you have on your farm.  Below is a list of the most common fertilizers found in Hawaii.  Print off the metal report for each of your fertilizers and place it in your farm food safety manual.

If your fertilizer is not listed above, you will need to search other websites.  The Association of American Plant Food Control Officials maintains a list of the state websites with searchable metal report databases at www.aapfco.org/metals.htm.  We recommend that you start your search at the Washington State database.
