Awards Program to follow
GENERAL INFORMATION
4-H is the youth outreach program of the Cooperative Extension Service, College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources, University of Hawaii. 4-H is a non-formal educational program providing kids leadership, community service learning and peer interaction activities. 4-H builds youth between the ages of 5 through 19 to become contributing members of their society.
This year a Speech and Demonstration Festival, which is sponsored by the Oahu 4-H Program, will be held instead of the Communication Fair. The theme of the Festival is "Learning Experiences" and is open to 4-H youth in elementary to high school! By focusing on the above theme, youth can share learning experiences affecting their lives, their community, their environment or their world. We hope this will provide the youth opportunities to share their learning experiences to with others!
